called them to meet us at a vacation home, which we had to take off work and go out of town to meet them, supposed to be between 10-11 a.m., they showed up around noon. driver said road was "too slippery" and refused to drive up the road. we said, just throw your tools in the back of our truck and we will bring you up, he refused. by the way one of our neighbors, who has a 2wd car was making it up and down that road. one of us called and a "manager?" called back saying, sorry his guy said road too slippery and that we could reschdule, did not offer to come look at the "road situation", even though he knew we drove in from out of town for this. shortly after i called person i scheduled with initially and was told she was "out to lunch", would "be back in 15 minutes". called back and was told she was gone for the day. they knew we were coming in from out of town for this appointment, showed up too late for us to even call out another company to attempt to get service somewhere else, and completley blew us off. completely unprofessional, total lack of integrity, do not count on them
